The Braddock Team

As a former high school math teacher Mr. Braddock tells his clients, "As a teacher I used to have to sell a product to a population that did not want it but was required to have it by law. Now I help people find a home that they love. While in K-12 education I have gained many skills including negotiation, marketing, and networking. These are the base skills needed to be a successful agent."

In 2016 Jason and Meganne welcomed their second child Wyatt into the world. Wyatt needed two heart surgeries within the first 3 months of life. This broke them mentally, physically, and emotionally. The stress of the surgeries and of being a new middle school principal took a toll on Jason, but once everything went well they decided to stop waiting for retirement to move to Florida. In 2018 Jason and Meganne moved to Kissimmee. Jason went back into the classroom as a teacher when they moved and worked as a Realtor to allow for Meganne to stay at home with Wyatt. While working as a teacher in Osceola County Schools he was named the Teacher of the Year for his school. Jason then decided to take a leap of faith and go into being a full time Realtor.

After switching to a full-time agent Jason was asked to join the #1 Team in Florida in sales transactions (#2 in the United States). Shortly after joining the team Jason decided to bring Meganne in as part of his team. As former teachers they still have a soft spot in their hearts for the school employees, so they try to help school employees save money when buying or selling a home. Their family also enjoys visiting Disney whenever possible.
